Hands-on, practical experience in a SAP Change Project role working with Prosic ADKAR or PRINCE2 or Agile.
In my position as Senior Change Manger at Breast Screen ACT, I was instrumental in achieving the strategic goal of delivering a single program of coordinated screening sites assessment services across the program. With the primary focus on creating and implementing change management and communication strategy plans, I drove employee adoption to changes in business processes, systems and technology.
Performing in this positon, I embraced my in-depth knowledge and commitment to the Prosic methodology to provide efficient change by minimising resistance and achieving business objectives. Upon my engagement with Breast Screen ACT, I commenced the change management three-phase process by conducting a change readiness audit in alignment with the business strategic vision. Identifying the impacted groups such as clinical staff and assessing the level of user acceptance, I developed targeted communications that would define the individual changes required and anticipate resistance from these groups. Designing and communicating a change survey for staff, I collated the response results and reported them to senior management through the visual medium of a pie chart. Having targeted communication of business strategies as critically important, I improved the knowledge of staff of the audit processes by assisting key stakeholders understand the level of the strategic change. It was essential to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at Breast Screen ACT in order to build and maintain effective sponsor networks so change management objectives could be achieved.
To facilitate change, staff must be coached into the rationale of altered business direction and through the transition phase. I fostered this at Breast Screen ACT through business processes workshops, conducting of training needs analysis and the development of required training plans based on analysis findings. Critical to the success of this phase, I consulted with staff, management, affected stakeholders and ensured that operational management provided sufficient resources and staff availability for change management functions. Throughout the Prosci phase system I collaborated with project management and provided regular status reports.
Reinforcing change as a means of achieving business objectives, I provided continued reinforcement of the change management deliverables and provided resistance management through documented Change Impact Assessments to assist in business continuity planning. Through the measurement of change success, I collected individual feedback and engaged with impacted employees to facilitate auditing compliance at the individual level. Identifying gaps in the change process, I developed further appropriate communication strategies in a commitment to achieve full adoption and success of the Breast Screen ACT change management initiatives.
Proven as a tactical change management specialist, I have achieved results through promotion of an integrated approach, designing an individual change management method with an outcome-orientation, and an organisational change management methodology with an activity-orientation. By aligning the individual and the company, I have adhered to a structure that provides the necessary tools to drive project results and outcomes.

With stakeholder acceptance of these continuous improvement measures, I have validated my influential ability to verbally educate and inspire through open and concise communication methods.
Delivering on CASA’s Corporate Plan, I identified that users of CASA’s information and services had an increasing demand for electronic transactions. Working in collaboration with senior management and the executive team, I communicated strategies and engaged with internal and external stakeholders. Through the development and implementing of key program of communication documents and strategies, I have communicated process changes, enhancements, and modifications both verbally and through written documentation, to management, staff, and other employees so that issues were well understood as they were resolved.
Exhibiting a commitment to supporting constructive working relationships, I enhance stakeholder relations by valuing individual strengths and diversity, in addition to recognising the varying working styles of individuals and factoring this into the management of tasks. During communication with external and internal stakeholders, I treat everyone with respect and courtesy, thus verifying my ability to building long-lasting professional relationships and management of expectations. Instantly assessing the hostile attitude of the staff member, I approached the situation with active listening skills and paraphrasing to ensure they were confident that I was listening and understood their concerns.
