As a highly professional administrator, I am dedicated to supporting the strategic direction of my employer. This quality is evidenced by the successful outcomes achieved in previous positions. I utilise a variety of sources that allow me to capably support the strategic direction of my employers. For example, in my role as Bookkeeper at Maxroy Management, I refer to State Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, legislation relative to fair working conditions, and advice from the Chamber of Commerce. This ensures that I am able to make decisions based on research and legislative compliance. A research-based approach allows me to identify potential opportunities, share my insights with others, and anticipate and respond in an appropriate fashion to potential issues that might compromise company purpose, goals and direction.

My organisation of travel arrangements has involved research and incorporating the needs and expressed desires of event managers. By ensuring that travel and accommodation are efficiently managed, I am able to arrange schedules that allow senior staff to better fulfill the overall needs of the company and that they are adequately equipped to fulfill their own responsibilities. My administrative skill is demonstrated in the various responsibilities I have been required to fulfill and my achievements throughout the course of my professional career. In my current role as Bookkeeper at Maxroy Management, I am the initial contact for incoming calls, and visitors. This experience has informed my approach to communication and customer service as I strive to express the company’s vision while meeting the needs of customers. My other responsibilities include payroll administration, bookkeeping and other administrative functions, such as the creation of sales and purchase invoices. My exposure to the various aspects of the company has served to develop not only my expertise in my role as an administrator but to also extend an already excellent existing comprehension of company functions and operations in ways that enable me to best serve my employer.
By displaying and applying an insightful view of professional, technological and workplace environments subject to change, I am better able to respond in a proactive way to change, ensuring positive outcomes for my employer, my clients and my fellow team members. In terms of managing work projects, I have to date been primarily involved with organising travel arrangements and schedules. My dedication to fulfilling my administrative functions ensures that all staff, whatever their level or role, have access to the most up-to-date information. This further enables their liaison with each other to be consistent, enabling positive outcomes.
I am able to share my learning, and to support the professional development of fellow team members.
