The result of my actions was that the staff member was immediately paid their entitlement; I build a productive relationship with the staff member and highlighted my analytical skills that quickly detected this problem and was able to explain and correct.
During my tenure at Tennant Creek Child Care Centre as Accounts and Administration Manager, I prepared month end management reporting and variance analysis for each funded program. Responsible for identification and investigation, I uncovered anomalies and trends whilst providing insights to both management team and program managers.
