On this occasion, I identified that there was a need for variation work to be completed in ensuring the safety and productivity of the train set. Through the fault identification, I immediately coordinated a meeting with clients and engineers in order to devise an action plan. Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, I was successful in the approval of time extensions to complete the variation project, including all of the resources available to meet the new agreed delivery. By ensuring that planning processes were implemented so that long-term depot issues were addressed, as well as short-term urgent deliverables, I was acknowledged for my strengths in production planning in critical environments, thus resulting in my successful in my twenty year career within this scheduling position.
