During my tenure with Finrea Computer Services as IT Field Engineer, I was sole responsible for the deployment of multiple workstations on a client site. The process involved the installation, configuration, standard operating environment (SOE) and testing of Windows 7/8, Microsoft Office suite and SQL client applications, I demonstrated my ability to deliver on client expectations and highlighted my strong technical troubleshooting abilities. By establishing the clients’ requirements, I was committed in timely delivery and worked until late in the evening to produce outcomes to a satisfied client with complete deployment performed inside one day. These productive relationships have provided me with the opportunity to step in as temporary replacement into higher-level roles. An example of my ability to communicate effectively, I regularly provide support and coaching via phone and email to our clients at Finrea Computer Services. Recently a client escalated an issue with network infrastructure, I educated this client over the phone to correct the problem with a successful resolution. Following this issue, I identified that this is a common uncertainty for our clients, which led me to develop and implement a user manual. Upon delivery of the documentation, I received extremely positive feedback for both forward thinking and my ability to translate very technical language into a simple easy to follow instruction. Further support of my technical knowledge and coaching abilities was in this same positon, I was responsible for the training of 15 staff members at a clients site to deliver user friendly training techniques to educate on Windows and Microsoft applications.
Possessing strong technical experience and knowledge, I am confident in my ability to support or administer the following: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix XenApp, Windows Servers 2008, 2012+, corporate virus protection, TCP/IP networks, mobile device, hardware deployments and back processes.
